  • No prior or ongoing apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Salary Insight and Training Benefits

Selected apprentices receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹15,000 for the entire 12-month training period. No additional allowances, perks, or employee benefits are provided.

Apprentices are treated as trainees rather than employees, so standard labour laws and union membership do not apply. No accommodation, transport, or overtime pay is offered.
